- Westbank has recently been awarded a grant from the Big Lottery for £327,271 to develop our New Steps Programme. The project will be launched in healthy Living Week. Click on the link to find out about New Steps.

- ' Time for Life ' is a mentoring service for people over 50yrs who may be experiencing difficulties and are possible lacking in confidence & are socially isolated for many reasons. This service is about supporting and enabling someone to rebuild their confidence and to access meaningful activities and promote involvement in exercise, crafts, artwork, hobbies. life long learning and socialising. This service is accessed through referrals either by professionals or by the person themselves. Westbank is to cover the Teignbridge Locality. The Westbank Healthy Living & Community Care Centre provides care and promotes health to communities in the Exeter and Teignbridge areas.

Westbank is just 5 minutes drive from the Matford Park and Ride and can be reached easily by bus (85) from Exeter bus station

At the Healthy Living Centre, people of all ages can enjoy a wealth of activities to keep body and mind healthy. This bright, modern building has purpose-built facilities including a fitness suite, cyber-cafe and Kidszone. Meeting rooms and an Event's Studio are also available for personal or business hire.

In addition, the Day Centre offers care and support to more dependent members of the community through a range of services.

The Westbank Healthy Living & Community Care Centre overlooks Exminster with beautiful views towards Topsham, Woodbury Common and the Exe Estuary.

We also have a charity shop and cafe opposite the Brunel Atmospheric Railway in Starcross.
